| Beschreibung: | The article highlights theoretical approaches to the definition of concepts of science intensity and its quantitative evaluation, science-intensive industry, the mechanism of scientific and technological development, the role of the state in the development of high technology industries is substantiated. The characteristic of the conditions of functioning of high technology industries and the infrastructure of state support of innovation activity in Russia is presented. The authors analyzed the main problems of the functioning of enterprises of high technology industries and suggested ways to improve the state support for their further development. В статье освещены теоретические подходы к определению понятий наукоемкости и ее количественной оценки, наукоемкой отрасли промышленности, механизма научно-технологического развития. Обоснована роль государства в развитии наукоемких отраслей промышленности. Представлена характеристика условий развития наукоемких отраслей и инфраструктуры государственной поддержки инновационной деятельности в России. Проведен анализ основных проблем предприятий наукоемких отраслей и предложены пути совершенствования государственной поддержки их дальнейшего развития. |
