| Popis: | The aim of this study was to compare the use of large and mini trampolines in gymnastics training. The study included 45 coaches from Croatia who completed a questionnaire via Google Forms. The questionnaire consisted of 15 questions related to the use of both large and mini trampolines in gymnastics. Dierences in the application of the two types of trampolines were analyzed using the non-parametric McNemar test. The results showed that the mini trampoline was used signicantly more frequently in gymnastics training (p = 0.000), especially during the preparatory and main parts of the training session. Although used less frequently, the large trampoline proved to be important for the development of acrobatic skills. Both types of trampolines had a positive eect on the development of coordination, balance, and strength, but the mini trampoline was more commonly used in basic and preparatory exercises. Although each trampoline has its specic application, the mini trampoline appears to be a more suitable tool for acquiring fundamental gymnastics skills, while the large trampoline remains important for the development of more complex acrobatic elements. Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je usporediti primjenu velikog i mini trampolina u gimnastičkom treningu. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 45 trenera iz Hrvatske koji su putem Google obrasca ispunili anketu sastavljenu od 15 pitanja vezanih uz upotrebu velikog i malog trampolina u gimnastici. Razlike u primjeni dviju vrsta trampolina analizirane su neparametrijskim McNemarovim testom. Rezultati su pokazali da se mini trampolin statistički značajno češće koristi u gimnastičkim treninzima (p=0,000), osobito u pripremnim i glavnim dijelovima treninga. Veliki trampolin, iako rjeđe u upotrebi, pokazao se važnim u razvoju akrobatskih vještina. Obje vrste trampolina pozitivno utječu na razvoj koordinacije, ravnoteže i snage, no mali trampolin bilježi veću učestalost korištenja u osnovnim i pripremnim vježbama. Iako oba trampolina imaju svoju specičnu primjenu, mali trampolin čini se prikladnijim alatom za usvajanje temeljnih gimnastičkih vještina, dok je veliki trampolin i dalje važan u razvoju složenijih akrobatskih elemenata. |
