| Popis: | The article presents the definition of the main indicators for assessing the moral and psychological state of military guards of the convicted from the National Guard of Ukraine units using an expert assessment.Using the method of expert assessment, a ranking of indicators has been compiled that affects the moral and psychological state of servicemen convoying convicts of the National Guard of Ukraine in extreme and stressful conditions. Their importance can be assessed using the method of determination of the leading indicators that are a part of the moral and psychological state of the military guards of the convicts of the National Guard of Ukraine.The expert assessment is based on the receiving and processing of data from the survey of specialists. Scientific and pedagogical staff of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine (fourteen people), officers of the guards of convicts of the National Guard of Ukraine (fourteen people) and cadets of the operational and tactical level were involved in the expert assessment of the indicators of the state of health, moral and psychological state. The selection criteria were professional experience (military service) of convoying of the convicted by the units of the National Guard of Ukraine for at least ten years, for scientific and pedagogical workers a scientific degree or a scientific (military) rank.As a result of the expert assessment, fifty-four main indicators were selected, reflecting the structure of the moral and psychological state of the escort units of the National Guard of Ukraine. These indicators are an expert assessment in extreme and stressful conditions. |
