Popis: The article proposes a procedure for managing production risks using the FMEA method to identify potential defects and their impacts on processes, provides practical recommendations for the effective implementation of the procedure and the FMEA method. The preparatory stage for performing FMEA and the process of its implementation are described. Risk analysis of product design (DFMEA) and process design (PFMEA) and actions to be taken in the production process are provided. Rating scales are proposed for establishing the level of risks. An example calculation is given for each of the possible causes of the priority risk RPN. Measures to reduce risks are proposed.
