| Beschreibung: | We propose a novel, two-layered hierarchical scheme for waste heat recovery, here applied to the relevant case of the steel mill industry. To showcase the effectiveness of the proposed approach, we introduce a new recirculating water cooling system and conceive the hierarchical scene to maximize its operational efficiency while concurrently containing computational efforts. Our preliminary simulation results are promising, showcasing the advantages of the proposed solution in operational costs and computational capabilities. |
