| Popis: | The research is devoted to the study of effectiveness of the use of“SkyTec Interactive” simulators for the formation of technical skills among beginner skiers during the first year of training. The relevance of the work is determined by the need to find innovative methods that can accelerate the process of mastering the basic elements of alpine skiing techniques, minimize the risk of injury and increase the confidence of athletes. The research used such methods as questionnaires, pedagogical observation, control and pedagogical tests and an experiment involving two groups of skiers. The results showed that the group that trained using simulators showed significant progress in technique compared to the control group. Improvements were recorded in such disciplines as Snake slalom, Turns slalom and Arrhythmic slalom. The data obtained confirm that simulators are an effective tool for developing the technical training of beginners. The results of the study can be used by coaches and instructors to optimize the educational and training process, as well as to improve the quality of preparation of athletes at the initial stage of training. |
