| Beschreibung: | This study seeks to uncover the impact of cloud technology as a mediator between knowledge management processes and job burnout among research professors in Algerian universities. The results showed that the use of cloud technology significantly contributes to improving knowledge management processes, such as storing and sharing information, which leads to reduced levels of job burnout by reducing work-related stress and pressure. Based on these findings, the research recommends increasing the adoption of cloud technology in universities to enhance knowledge management and reduce job burnout among research professors. |
