Popis: This article examines the key provisions of International Labour Organization (ILO) Convention No. 190 and Recommendation No. 206, which address the elimination of violence and harassment in the world of work. It further explores the prevalence and consequences of workplace violence, drawing on publicly available qualitative and quantitative studies.
