| Popis: | This study aimed to determine the teachers’ technology integration in teaching and learners’ academic outcomes of selected schools in Aleosan East District, Pagalungan District and Pikit North District. This study utilized a complete enumeration sampling technique provided that the respondents were elementary teachers of selected schools in Aleosan East District, Pagalungan District and Pikit North District. The findings revealed that the teachers’ integration of technology in teaching has a significant relationship with the learners’ academic outcomes. Through a descriptive-quantitative approach, the research explores how various technological tools are incorporated into teaching practices across different subjects and grade levels and examines their effect on student academic performance. The study finds that teachers who regularly integrate technology into their teaching methods report higher levels of student engagement, improved critical thinking skills, and better overall academic outcomes. The findings highlighted the importance of ongoing professional development and support for teachers, as well as the need for policy adjustments to facilitate better access to technology in classrooms. This research implies that with the right tools, training, and support, technology can significantly enhance teaching practices and improve students' academic success.
