Popis: The study analyses: The dynamics linked to organised crime and crimes committed with AI. Applications for criminal investigation. The use of AI to strengthen the administration of justice and, in general, the importance of integrating AI into the institutions of the criminal justice chain. Existing legislation (EU AI Act & Council of Europe AI Convention) and relevant non-binding international principles (OECD - OCDE, UNESCO). Human Rights and Gender challenges. Recommendations for technical work such as: 1) public-private partnership; 2) development of regional cooperation frameworks; 3) national and regional AI strategies; 4) data protection regulation; 5) promote research and development in AI security; and 5) plan AI acquisitions or internal institutional development, among others.
