Beschreibung: Статья представляет собой обобщение идей и суждений известного политического деятеля и мыслителя царской России С. Ю. Витте, о роли железных дорог в процессе модернизации российского государства. В результате выполненного анализа, был выявлен очень важный и обобщённый подход С. Ю. Витте в вопросах оценки не только внутренней необходимости модернизации железных дорог, но и геополитической, особенно обстановки на Дальнем Востоке, где Россия вступала в новые отношения с Китаем. Изучаемые вопросы могут заинтересовать специалистов гуманитарного и естественно профиля, политиков и общественных деятелей, изучающих риски и проблемы современной политики и экономики Российской Федерации. The article is a generalization of the ideas and opinions of the famous politician and thinker of tsarist Russia S. Yu. Witte, about the role of railways in the process of modernization of the Russian state. As a result of the performed analysis, a very important and generalized approach of S. Yu. Witte in assessing not only the internal need to modernize the railways, but also the geopolitical one, especially the situation in the Far East where Russia entered into new relations with China. The issues under study may interest humanitarian and natural specialists, politicians and public figures who study the risks and problems of modern politics and the economy of the Russian Federation.

Витте, о роли железных дорог в процессе модернизации российского государства. В результате выполненного анализа, был выявлен очень важный и обобщённый подход С. Ю. Витте в вопросах оценки не только внутренней необходимости модернизации железных дорог, но и геополитической, особенно обстановки на Дальнем Востоке, где Россия вступала в новые отношения с Китаем. Изучаемые вопросы могут заинтересовать специалистов гуманитарного и естественно профиля, политиков и общественных деятелей, изучающих риски и проблемы современной политики и экономики Российской Федерации.
