| Description: | The article discusses mediation as a way to resolve conflicts in the legal field. On the basis of educational and scientific literature, the psychological foundations of the use of this conflict resolution procedure in the legal field are analyzed. The role of the mediator's personality in the procedure is noted, and the psychological techniques used are described. The authors conclude that the importance of psychological aspects, as well as the personality of the mediator in the mediation process in conflict resolution. В статье рассматривается медиация, как способ решения конфликтов в юридической сфере. На основе учебной и научной литературы проанализированы психологические основы использования данной процедуры решения конфликтов в юридической сфере. Отмечается роль личности медиатора в проведении процедуры, описаны используемые психологические техники. Авторы делают вывод о важности психологических аспектов, а также личности медиатора в процессе медиации при решении конфликтов. |
