В данной статье рассматриваются методические аспекты формирования и оценивания показателей финансового и стратегического контроля на предприятиях ракетно-космической отрасли. Речь идет о том, что одним из инструментов поддержки принятия эффективных управленческих решений является система финансового и стратегического контроля. Предложена идея построения соответствующего инструментария с поэтапным описанием процесса разработки. За основные составляющие, характеризующие развитие и функционирование организации приняты экономическая, организационная, научная системы. Используя приведенный подход проведено разбиение процессов рассматриваемых систем на систему базовых процессов влияющих на приращения потенциалов. Полученные результаты достаточно информативны и могут быть использованы в качестве инструментария поддержки принятия решений. In this article methodological aspects of the formation and evaluation of indicators are considered financial and strategic control at the enterprises of the rocket and space industry. The point is that one of the support tools making effective management decisions is a system of financial and strategic control. The idea of constructing the corresponding toolkit with a step-by-step description of the development process. For the main components, economic, characterizing the development and functioning of the organization, organizational, scientific systems. Using the above approach, splitting the processes of the systems under consideration into a system of basic processes influencing the potential increments. The results obtained are sufficient informative and can be used as a support tool decision making. |
