| Description: | Legislation in the field of land and real estate tends to develop, so there is a need to monitor these transformations. This article describes the legislative changes envisaged by the anticrisis plan of the Government of the Russian Federation to ensure the development of the country's economy. The adopted norms are aimed at maintaining the construction complex and other members of the business community. Законодательство в сфере земли и недвижимости имеет тенденцию развиваться, следовательно, существует необходимость в отслеживании данных преобразований. Описаны законодательные изменения, предусмотренные антикризисным планом Правительства РФ по обеспечению развития экономики страны. Принятые нормы ориентированы на поддержание строительного комплекса и других участников предпринимательского сообщества. |
