В статье представлен анализ состояния развития межрегиональной промышленной кооперации. Для подробного изучения материала были проанализированы нормативно-правовые акты и законодательство в области промышленной кооперации. В качестве научного материала были использованы данные министерств экономического развития регионов РФ. Дополнительно был проведен анализ текущего состояния процессов при реализации инвестиционных проектов и возможных эффектов от формирования новых механизмов промышленной кооперации. Проведенное исследование позволило выявить состояние текущей ситуации с развитием межрегиональной кооперации, а именно: отсутствие системного подхода у предприятий к формированию кооперационных связей и отсутствие карт бизнес процессов взаимодействия сторон-участниц кооперационного процесса. Данное состояние ведет к снижению эффективности работы промышленного предприятия и снижению качества выпускаемой продукции. В статье авторы приводят первичные рекомендации и предложения по улучшению текущей ситуации, такие как: разработка системы бизнес-процессов на предприятии при формировании кооперационных связей, закрепление ответственных за исполнение процессов промышленной кооперации, разработка рабочих документов на предприятии, которые регламентируют процессы выстраивания кооперационных промышленных цепочек. The article presents an analysis of the state of of interregional industrial cooperation. For a detailed study of the material, regulations and legislation in the field of industrial cooperation were analyzed. Data from the ministries of economic development of regions of the Russian Federation were used as scientific material. Additionally, an analysis was carried out of the current state of processes during the implementation of investment projects and the possible effects from the formation of new mechanisms of industrial cooperation. The study made it possible to identify the state of the current situation with the development of interregional cooperation, namely: the lack of a systematic approach among enterprises to the formation of cooperation ties and the lack of maps of business processes of interaction between parties participating in the cooperation process. This condition leads to a decrease in the efficiency of an industrial enterprise and a decrease in the quality of products. In the article, the authors provide primary recommendations and proposals for improving the current situation, such as: developing a system of business processes at the enterprise when forming cooperative ties, assigning those responsible for the execution of industrial cooperation processes, developing working documents at the enterprise that regulate the processes of building cooperative industrial chains. |
