Popis: This article provides an in-depth analysis of immunohistochemical techniques used in the diagnosis of neuroendocrine tumors. We review the literature on the expression of specific markers, such as GFAP and synaptophysin, and discuss their role in distinguishing neuroendocrine tumors from other brain tumors. The article also covers the principles of immunohistochemistry, including the use of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies, and their applications in diagnostic pathology.
