| Popis: | В статье представлен авторский взгляд на трансформацию систем управления современными городами в общей рамке городского развития, в условиях текущей трансформации подходов (от «правительства» (government) к «управлению» (governance)). Авторами сформулировано видение условий адаптация систем управления городами к новым социально-экономическим реалиям, предложен подход анализа развития городов в логике «чистых моделей» взаимодействия различных участников в системе городского управления. Представлен ряд механизмов реализации принципов соуправления в городе, включения различных сообществ горожан и прочих участников широкого городского ландшафта в городскую повестку, что, по мнению авторов, является важнейшим фактором на пути устойчивого развития современных городов The article presents the author's view of the transformation of management systems in modern cities in the general framework of urban development, in the context of the current transformation of approaches (from «government» to «governance»). The authors formulated a vision of the conditions for the adaptation of city management systems to new socio-economic realities, proposed an approach to the analysis of urban development in the logic of «pure models» of interaction of various participants in the urban management system. A number of mechanisms for implementing the principles of co-management in the city, including various communities of citizens and other participants in the wide urban landscape in the city agenda, are presented, which, according to the authors, is the most important factor on the path of sustainable development of modern cities |
