Beschreibung: В статье обсуждаются планы развития научно-технологической сферы в России и Республики Башкортостан, анализируются вызовы и перспективы данного процесса. Особое внимание уделяется актуальным проблемам, с которыми сталкиваются научные и технологические сообщества, а также выявляются потенциальные направления развития научных исследований и инновационных технологий. В статье предлагаются рекомендации по улучшению научно-технологической сферы в стране в свете нового Указа Президента РФ и в регионе с целью повышения конкурентоспособности и инновационного потенциала. The article discusses plans for the development of the scientific and technological sphere in Russia and the Republic of Bashkortostan, analyzes the challenges and prospects of this process. Particular attention is paid to current problems faced by scientific and technological communities, and potential directions for the development of scientific research and innovative technologies are identified. The article offers recommendations for improving the scientific and technological sphere in the country, in the light of the new Decree of the President of the Russian Federation and in the region, in order to increase competitiveness and innovative potential.

Abstract:В статье обсуждаются планы развития научно-технологической сферы в России и Республики Башкортостан, анализируются вызовы и перспективы данного процесса. Особое внимание уделяется актуальным проблемам, с которыми сталкиваются научные и технологические сообщества, а также выявляются потенциальные направления развития научных исследований и инновационных технологий. В статье предлагаются рекомендации по улучшению научно-технологической сферы в стране в свете нового Указа Президента РФ и в регионе с целью повышения конкурентоспособности и инновационного потенциала.
