| Popis: | The coronavirus pandemic in 2020 has caused a large number of problems for the labor economy. The article examines the state of the labor market in the Kirov region in the context of an outbreak of infection and after the removal of the main restrictive measures, the dynamics of deficit and surplus professions is given. The analysis of the problems is carried out and the measures to overcome them are highlighted. At the end of the article, new trends in the labor market are identified and a summary is made of the positive dynamics of reducing unemployment. Kirov region. Пандемия короновируса в 2020 году стала причиной возникновения большого количества проблем для экономики труда. В статье рассмотрено состояние рынка труда Кировской области в условиях вспышки инфекции и после снятия основных ограничительных мер, приведена динамика дефицитных и избыточных профессий. Проведен анализ проблем и выделены меры по преодолению их. В конце статьи выявлены новые тренды рынка труда и подведён итог о позитивной динамике снижения безработицы Кировской области. |
