Beschreibung: В статье рассматривается понятие предпринимательского университета, его роль и место в системе инновационной деятельности. Представлены критерии, на основании которых университет может рассматриваться как предпринимательский. Дается обоснование использования модели «тройной спирали» при становлении университетов предпринимательской формы. Рассматриваются разнообразные модели взаимодействия между вузами и бизнесом на примере научно-производственных кластеров, центров трансфера технологий и эндаумент фондов. Указаны основные проблемы, связанные с внедрением модели «тройной спирали» в университетах России. The article discusses the concept of an entrepreneurial university, its role and place in the system of innovation. The criteria on the basis of which the university can be considered as an entrepreneurial one are presented. The substantiation of the use of the "triple helix" model in the formation of entrepreneurial universities is given. Various models of interaction between universities and businesses are considered on the example of research and production clusters, technology transfer centers and endowment funds. The main problems associated with the implementation of the "triple helix" model in Russian universities are indicated.

Abstract:В статье рассматривается понятие предпринимательского университета, его роль и место в системе инновационной деятельности. Представлены критерии, на основании которых университет может рассматриваться как предпринимательский. Дается обоснование использования модели «тройной спирали» при становлении университетов предпринимательской формы. Рассматриваются разнообразные модели взаимодействия между вузами и бизнесом на примере научно-производственных кластеров, центров трансфера технологий и эндаумент фондов. Указаны основные проблемы, связанные с внедрением модели «тройной спирали» в университетах России. The article discusses the concept of an entrepreneurial university, its role and place in the system of innovation.
