| Description: | The development of construction and housing and communal services in the Chechen Republic has an increasing impact on the climate and the environment. Anthropogenic pressures are increasing to a level that threatens the renewal of natural resources, while the irrational use of such natural resources has an adverse impact on the life and health of citizens. Under these conditions, it is necessary to determine the role and potential of the construction industry of buildings in the decarbonization of the economy and to identify priority areas of decarbonization in construction and housing and communal services of the Chechen Republic. Развитие строительства и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства в Чеченской Республике оказывает усиливающееся воздействие на климат и окружающую среду. Антропогенные нагрузки возрастают до уровня, угрожающего возобновлению природных ресурсов, при этом нерациональное использование таких природных ресурсов оказывает неблагоприятное влияние на жизнь и здоровье граждан. В этих условиях необходимо определить роль и потенциал строительной отрасли зданий в декарбонизации экономики и определить приоритетные направления декарбонизации в строительстве и ЖКХ Чеченской Республики. |
