Для выявления перспектив развития малоэтажной жилой застройки в регионе был проведен анализ по различным критериям, характеристикам и параметрам. В статье рассмотрена возможность перехода от многоэтажной жилой застройки к малоэтажной в Краснодарском крае. В результате исследования сделан вывод, что в Краснодарском крае есть все условия для успешной реализации проектов по созданию малоэтажных микрорайонов. To identify the prospects for the development of low-rise residential buildings in the region, an analysis was carried out according to various criteria, characteristics and parameters. The article considers the possibility of transition from high-rise residential development to low-rise residential development in the Krasnodar Territory. As a result of the study, it was concluded that in the Krasnodar Territory there are all conditions for the successful implementation of projects to create low-rise microdistricts. |
