Popis: В условиях неблагоприятной экономической среды в современную практику корпоративного управления внедряется комплаенс-контроль, деятельность которого связана с мониторингом внутренних бизнес-процессов на предмет соответствия законодательным актам, регламентирующим ту или иную деятельность, а также регулятивных норм и стандартов. В научной статье представлены материалы, отражающие практику внедрения службы комплаенс-контроля в структуру закупочной деятельности, связанной с реализацией инвестиционной программы. Авторами статьи систематизированы основные риски, связанные с закупочной деятельностью, и определена роль комплаенс-контроля в структуре корпоративного управления, направленного на снижение коррупционно опасных рисков, и деловой репутации компании. In an unfavorable economic environment, compliance control is being introduced into the modern practice of corporate governance, the activity of which is related to monitoring internal business processes for compliance with the laws and regulations that govern this or that activity, as well as regulatory norms and standards. The scientific article presents materials reflecting the practice of implementing the compliance control service in the structure of procurement activities related to the implementation of the investment program. The authors of the article systematized the main risks associated with procurement activities and determined the role of compliance control in the structure of corporate governance aimed at reducing corruption risks and the companys business reputation.

Abstrakt:В условиях неблагоприятной экономической среды в современную практику корпоративного управления внедряется комплаенс-контроль, деятельность которого связана с мониторингом внутренних бизнес-процессов на предмет соответствия законодательным актам, регламентирующим ту или иную деятельность, а также регулятивных норм и стандартов. В научной статье представлены материалы, отражающие практику внедрения службы комплаенс-контроля в структуру закупочной деятельности, связанной с реализацией инвестиционной программы.
