Popis: В статье проанализированы процессы дифференциации информационнокоммуникативного пространства российской экономики в условиях неравномерности поступательной динамики экономической, политической и социальной конъюнктуры. Обосновано положение о том, что формирующееся знаниевое пространство (информационно-знаниевое пространство) выступает атрибутивным признаком современной экономики знаний. В контексте программных документов российского государства аргументировано накопление инновационного потенциала и повышение эффективности его реализации в условиях цифровизации. Доказана возможность качественной и количественной оценки знаниевой характеристики информационно-коммуникационного пространства. The article analyzes the processes of differentiation of the information and communication space of the Russian economy in the conditions of uneven progressive dynamics of the economic, political and socialconjuncture. The article substantiates the position that the emerging knowledge space (information and knowledge space) acts as an attribute feature of the modern knowledge economy. In the context of the programdocuments of the Russian state, the accumulation of innovative potential and increasing the efficiency of its implementation in the context of digitalization are argued. The possibility of qualitative and quantitative assessmentof the knowledge characteristics of information and communication technologies is proved.

Abstrakt:В статье проанализированы процессы дифференциации информационнокоммуникативного пространства российской экономики в условиях неравномерности поступательной динамики экономической, политической и социальной конъюнктуры. Обосновано положение о том, что формирующееся знаниевое пространство (информационно-знаниевое пространство) выступает атрибутивным признаком современной экономики знаний. Доказана возможность качественной и количественной оценки знаниевой характеристики информационно-коммуникационного пространства.
