Description: На основе анализа и обобщения научно-методических источников, соответствующих международных документов, автором сформулировано понятие технологии валидации методического обеспечения судебно-почерковедческой экспертизы и предложены базовые этапы технологии валидации, а также план валидации методического обеспечения судебно-почерковедческой экспертизы, рассмотрены параметры актуальные для качественной методики, с учетом специфики методик судебно-почерковедческой экспертизы. Особое внимание уделено такому параметру, как проверка квалификации (аттестации) экспертов с точки зрения имманентности человеческого фактора и построения выводов на интуитивном уровне. Сделан вывод о необходимости продолжения работы в направлении инновационных регуляторов в судебно-экспертной деятельности на территории Российской Федерации. On the basis of the analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological sources and relevant international documents, the author formulates the concept of validation technology concerning the methodological support of forensic handwriting examination and proposes the basic stages of the validation technology, as well as a plan for validating the methodological support of forensic handwriting examination, examines parameters relevant for qualitative techniques tailored to the specifics of the methods of forensic handwriting examination. Particular attention is paid to such a parameter as checking the qualifications (certification) of experts from the point of view of the immanence of the human factor and drawing conclusions at a visceral level. The study also concludes that further research needs to be conducted in the realm of innovative regulators in forensic activities in the territory of the Russian Federation.
