Popis: Статья посвящена исследованию управленческого консалтинга с точки зрения его влияния на эффективность работы предприятия, развитию и применении на практике. Данная тема на сегодняшний день является актуальной, поскольку его развитие в России только начинается и стоит понимать, что в будущем популярность данного вида услуги будет только расти. Предмет статьи: особенности внедрения управленческого консалтинга в организации и его влияние на эффективность. Цель: выявить проблемы внедрения управленческого консалтинга в организацию и показать какими способами будет достигнуто повышение эффективности деятельности компании и рост её конкурентоспособности на рынке. Так же в статье будут проанализированы основные виды консалтинга, которые могут быть наиболее полезны для реализации стратегии развития предприятия. Среди поставленных целей существует проблема внедрения управленческого консалтинга в деятельность организации, методики выявления проблем при помощи него и пути решения этих пробле. The article is devoted to the study of management consulting, in terms of its impact on the efficiency of the enterprise, development and application in practice. This topic is quite relevant today, since its development in Russia is just beginning and it is worth understanding that in the future the population of this type of service will only grow. The role of management consulting in the current realities is such that some features that will be discussed in the course of the article should be taken into account. Subject of the article: features of the implementation of management consulting in the organization and its impact on its effectiveness. Purpose: to identify the problems of introducing management consulting in the organization and to show by what methods will increase the company's efficiency and increase its competitiveness in the market. Also, the article will highlight the main types of consulting that will be useful for implementing the enterprise development strategy. In the article, we consider the goals for which management consulting should be adopted, and methods for identifying problems with the help of consulting.
