Отмечается, что эколого-правовые институты двух стран могут совпадать полностью, совпадать частично и полностью не совпадать. Проанализировав сходства и отличия в эколого-правовом регулировании двух стран, авторы высказывают свою позицию о тенденциях и возможных перспективах динамики развития природоохранного законодательства Российской Федерации и Республики Узбекистан, сложностях этого процесса. The article provides a comparative legal analysis of the main environmental laws of the two countries - the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan. It is noted that the environmental and legal institutions of the two countries may coincide completely, partially coincide and not completely coincide. After analyzing the similarities and differences in the environmental and legal regulation of the two countries, the authors express their position on the trends and possible prospects for the dynamics of development of the environmental legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan, the complexities of this process |
