Одним из приоритетных направлений государственной политики Российской Федерации в последнее десятилетие является развитие Дальневосточного федерального округа. Выделение внутри страны территорий с необходимой для старта производства инфраструктурой и льготами – одна из применяемых мер для оздоровления региона. В статье на основе статистического материала проводится сравнительный анализ эффективности Территорий опережающего социально-экономического развития в Дальневосточном Федеральном округе. Делается аргументированный вывод о низкой эффективность ТОСЭР в ДФО, их неспособность в ближайшей перспективе переломить негативную социально-экономическую тенденцию в регионе, в том числе в сфере продовольственной безопасности. One of the priorities of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the last decade is the development of the Far Eastern Federal District. The allocation of territories within the country with the infrastructure and benefits necessary for the start of production is one of the measures used to improve the region. The article presents a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the Territories of advanced socio-economic development in the Far Eastern Federal District on the basis of statistical material. A reasoned conclusion is made about the low efficiency of TSEED in the Far Eastern Federal District, their inability in the near future to reverse the negative socio-economic trend in the region, including in the field of food security. |
