В статье анализируется проблема взаимодействия органов исполнительной власти, в полномочия которых входит решение вопросов защиты населения и территорий от чрезвычайных ситуаций. Рассмотрена роль органов местного самоуправления в обеспечении безопасности населения во всех сферах жизнедеятельности. Охарактеризованы структура и организация межведомственного взаимодействия территориальной подсистемы РСЧС Новосибирской области. The article analyzes the problem of interaction of executive authorities, whose powers include the solution of issues of protection of the population and territories from emergency situations. The role of local self-government bodies in ensuring the safety of the population in all spheres of life is considered. The structure and organization of interdepartmental interaction of the territorial subsystem of the Russian Emergencies Ministry of the Novosibirsk region are characterized. |
