Popis: Реализация концепции ответственного инвестирования происходит в рамках усиления глобализационных процессов, повышения значимости уровня и качества жизни населения, поиска новых методов повышения инвестиционной привлекательности бизнеса. Потенциальные инвесторы при принятии инвестиционных решений все больше заинтересованы содержанием нефинансовой информации о деятельности компаний в сфере экологии, социального развития и корпоративного управления. В связи с этим в статье представлен анализ теоретических концепций, лежащих в основе ESGинвестирования, показано что ESG-критерии в процессе принятия инвестиционных решений привлекают к себе все большее внимание и становятся определяющими при выборе объектов и направлений инвестиций. The implementation of the concept of responsible investment takes place within the framework of strengthening globalization processes, increasing the significance of the level and quality of life of the population, and searching for new methods to increase the investment attractiveness of business. Potential investors, when making investment decisions, are increasingly interested in the content of non-financial information about the activities of companies in the field of ecology, social development and corporate governance. In this regard, the article presents an analysis of the theoretical concepts underlying ESG investment, it is shown that ESG criteria in the process of making investment decisions attract more and more attention and become decisive when choosing objects and areas of investment.

Abstrakt:Реализация концепции ответственного инвестирования происходит в рамках усиления глобализационных процессов, повышения значимости уровня и качества жизни населения, поиска новых методов повышения инвестиционной привлекательности бизнеса. Потенциальные инвесторы при принятии инвестиционных решений все больше заинтересованы содержанием нефинансовой информации о деятельности компаний в сфере экологии, социального развития и корпоративного управления.
