Popis: Статья посвящена описанию этапов и результатов апробации модели управления системой экономической безопасности на основе функционально-стоимостного анализа (ФСА) в региональном подразделении АО «Почта России». Подробно рассмотрено содержание и особенности проведения этапов ФСА. Проведен расчёт экономического эффекта от внедрения модели управления системой экономической безопасности на ФСА, что позволило авторам сделать вывод о том, что применение ФСА в управлении системой экономической безопасности повышает эффективность деятельности компании, поскольку экономит расходы компании и позволяет быстро принимать управленческие решения, направленные на достижение поставленных перед компанией целей. In this article the stages and results of economic security system management model approbation based on the functional cost analysis (FCA) in the regional division of Russian Post JSC are described. The content and features of the FCA stages are analyzed in detail. The economic effect calculation from the introduction of the economic security system management model based on the FCA was carried out, which allowed the authors to conclude that the use of the FCA in the management of the economic security system increases the overall efficiency of the company, since it saves the company's costs and allows it to quickly make management decisions aimed at achieving the organization’s goals.

Abstrakt:Статья посвящена описанию этапов и результатов апробации модели управления системой экономической безопасности на основе функционально-стоимостного анализа (ФСА) в региональном подразделении АО «Почта России». Подробно рассмотрено содержание и особенности проведения этапов ФСА. Проведен расчёт экономического эффекта от внедрения модели управления системой экономической безопасности на ФСА, что позволило авторам сделать вывод о том, что применение ФСА в управлении системой экономической безопасности повышает эффективность деятельности компании, поскольку экономит расходы компании и позволяет быстро принимать управленческие решения, направленные на достижение поставленных перед компанией целей. In this article the stages and results of economic security system management model approbation based on the functional cost analysis (FCA) in the regional division of Russian Post JSC are described.
