Авторы анализируют Концепцию развития новой формы денежных средств в виде цифрового рубля в соотношении с цифровой валютой. Актуальность рассматриваемой темы связана с обязательностью создания правового регулирования цифрового рубля в связи с необходимостью его применения в сфере денежных отношений. Кроме того, в статье представлена практика применения цифровой национальной валюты на примере государства Восточной Азии — Китая. Подчеркивается важность осуществления правовой регламентации нового института. In the period of global digitalization, the development of financial and economic digital systems plays an important role. The authors analyze the Concept for the development of a new form of money in the form of a digital ruble in relation to digital currency. The relevance of the topic under consideration is connected with the mandatory creation of legal regulation of the digital ruble in connection with the need for its application in the field of monetary relations. In addition, the article presents the practice of using a digital national currency on the example of the state of East Asia — China. The importance of implementing the legal regulation of the new institution is emphasized. |
