Popis: В современных условиях стимулирование инновационной деятельности сотрудников вузов и НИИ позволяет активизировать процессы использования результатов прикладных исследований в практике. Значительно продвинуться в этом направлении помогло принятие ряда стимулирующих мер для малых инновационных предприятий (МИП). Законодательные инициативы расширили поле возможностей для инновационных предпринимателей, однако вопросы эффективного управления МИП остаются нерешенными. В данной статье, посвященной повышению результативности управления, предлагается рассмотреть фазы жизненного цикла МИП, определить ключевые задачи по управлению на этих фазах и показать, какими характеристиками должны обладить процессы управления. In modern conditions, the promotion of innovative activities of university and research institute employees allows us to activate the processes of using the results of applied research in practice. At the same time, a big breakthrough was made through the adoption of a number of incentive measures for small innovative enterprises. Legislative initiatives have changed the field of opportunities for innovative entrepreneurs. At the same time, the issues of effective management of MIP remain unresolved. In order to improve the effectiveness of management, the article proposes to consider the phases of the life cycle of MIPS, to determine the key management tasks at these phases and to show what characteristics the management processes should have.

Abstrakt:В современных условиях стимулирование инновационной деятельности сотрудников вузов и НИИ позволяет активизировать процессы использования результатов прикладных исследований в практике. Значительно продвинуться в этом направлении помогло принятие ряда стимулирующих мер для малых инновационных предприятий (МИП). Законодательные инициативы расширили поле возможностей для инновационных предпринимателей, однако вопросы эффективного управления МИП остаются нерешенными.
