Проведено исследование внедрения новых технологий в техническое перевооружение производства горной промышленности и комплекса мероприятий по повышению технико-экономического уровня разреза Богатырь, а также экономический эффект от их применения. Предлагаемые проекты внедрения инновационных технологий и расчет экономического эффекта от их применения улучшат качественные характеристики продукции, повысят производительность труда и замедлят рост производственной себестоимости добычи угля. Методика расчета экономического эффекта технического перевооружения может быть применена для проведения расчетов технико-экономического обоснования на этапе коммерциализации инновационных проектов перевооружения производства в горной промышленности. The introduction of new technologies into the technical reequipment of production and a set of measures to improve the technical and economic level of the Bogatyr section were carried out. The purpose of the study is to consider the introduction of new technologies in the re-equipment of mining production and its economic effect from the application. The proposed projects for the introduction of innovative technologies and the calculation of the economic effect of their application will improve the quality characteristics of products, as well as increase labor productivity and slow down the growth of the production cost of coal mining. The methodology for calculating the economic effect of technical re-equipment of «Bogatyr Komir» LLP can also be used to carry out calculations of a feasibility study at the stage of commercialization of innovative projects for re-equipment of production in the mining industry. |
