| Beschreibung: | The evolution of the role of scientific and technological activity is directly related to the development of industry, the formation of which occurred as a result of many factors that determine the ability to invent and implement developed solutions, including natural and climatic conditions, the level of economic and political maturity of the state, the degree of development of the educational system, religion, etc. The purpose of the article is to study the evolution of the role of scientific and technological activities in the development of territories. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set. 1. Consider aspects of scientific and technological activity in the context of industrial revolutions. 2. To systematize the features of scientific and technological activities at each of the identified stages (subject of activity, sources of funding, how the process is built and what is the role of the state in it). 3. To study the impact of scientific and technological activities on the development of territories at each of the stages - industrial revolutions. The article discusses the evolution of the role of scientific and technological activities in the context of the formation and development of industrial and post-industrial society, in conjunction with the periodization of industrial revolutions. As a result of the study, the author introduced a periodization of the evolution of the role of scientific and technological activity, systematized the features of its development at each stage, determined the significance of the evolution of scientific and technological activity for the development of territories. Эволюция роли научно-технологической деятельности напрямую связана с развитием промышленности, становление которой происходило в результате многих факторов, определяющих способность изобретать и внедрять разработанные решения, среди которых природно-климатические условия, уровень экономико-политической зрелости государства, степень развития образовательной системы, религия и др. Целью статьи является изучение эволюции роли научно-технологической деятельности в развитии территорий. Для достижения указанной цели были поставлены следующие задачи. 1. Рассмотреть аспекты научно-технологической деятельности в контексте промышленных революций. 2. Систематизировать особенности научно-технологической деятельности на каждом из выделенных этапов (субъект деятельности, источники финансирования, как построен процесс и какова роль государства в нем). 3. Изучить влияние научно-технологической деятельности на развитие территорий на каждом из этапов – промышленных революций. В статье рассматривается эволюция роли научно-технологической деятельности в контексте становления и развития индустриального и постиндустриального общества, во взаимосвязи с периодизацией промышленных революций. В результате проведенного исследования автором введена периодизация эволюции роли научно-технологической деятельности, систематизированы особенности ее развития на каждом этапе, определено значение эволюции научно-технологической деятельности для развития территорий.
