Проанализировано влияние исторических событий, на развитие продовольственного вопроса начиная с первого упоминания об уголовно-исполнительной системе по настоящее время. The article identifies and discusses the historical stages of the formation of food supply of special prisoners in the penitentiary system. The influence of historical events on the development of the food issue from the first mentioning of about penitentiary system up to the present time.
