| Beschreibung: | The article is dedicated to the formation of a methodology for assessing the level of innovation potential of the Russian Federation regions. The basis of the proposed methodology is the functional dependence of indicators affecting the level of innovation potential of the region. The weight coefficients of indicators calculated on the basis of their empirical data reflect the significance of the corresponding factor.In the current conditions of sanctions pressure on the economy of the Russian Federation, it is the innovative potential of the region that predominantly determines the efficiency of regional economic development based on scientific and technological progress. Timely evaluation of the level of innovative potential of the region with the use of mathematical models contributes to the implementation of competitive advantages by the regions. Статья посвящена формированию методики оценки уровня инновационного потенциала регионов Российской Федерации. Основу предлагаемой методики составляет функциональная зависимость показателей, влияющих на уровень инновационного потенциала региона. Весовые коэффициенты показателей, рассчитанные на основе их эмпирических данных, отражают значимость соответствующего фактора.В современных условиях санкционного давления на экономику Российской Федерации именно инновационный потенциал региона преимущественно определяет эффективность развития экономики региона, основанной на научно-техническом прогрессе. Своевременная оценка уровня инновационного потенциала региона с применением математических моделей способствует реализации конкурентных преимуществ регионами.
