Popis: Актуальность исследования обусловлена вовлечением малых и средних предприятий в процесс ускоренного роста экономики. Малый бизнес в развитых странах является динамичным сектором экономики. Актуальным вопросом на сегодняшний день является структурная перестройка, которая возможна с помощью государственной поддержки и развития взаимодействия малых предприятий с крупными путем кооперационных связей и аутсорсинга. Новизной исследования являются вопросы стимулирования инновационного предпринимательства, мониторинга программ развития предпринимательства, налаживания системы обратной связи между бизнесом и государством. Наиболее приемлемой в данный период развития малого и среднего предпринимательства признана инновационная стратегия развития сектора, главными компонентами которой являются интеллектуальный потенциал, инновации и инфраструктурное обеспечение стратегии развития малого и среднего предпринимательства. The relevance of the study is due to the involvement of small and medium enterprises in the process of accelerated economic growth. Small business in developed countries is a dynamic sector of the economy. A topical issue today is structural restructuring, which is possible with the help of state support and the development of interaction between small enterprises and large enterprises through cooperative ties and outsourcing. The novelty of the research is the issues of stimulating innovative entrepreneurship, monitoring entrepreneurship development programs, establishing a feedback system between business and the state. The most acceptable in this period of development of small and medium-sized businesses is recognized as an innovative strategy for the development of the sector, the main components of which are the intellectual potential, innovation and infrastructural support of the strategy for the development of small and medium-sized businesses.
