Description: В статье рассматриваются правовые аспекты государственной политики Российской Федерации в отношении Арктической зоны на федеральном и региональном уровнях. Определяются основные положения по вопросам обеспечения продовольственной безопасности. Выявляются проблемы в правовой базе федерального уровня. Предлагается консолидированная база данных нормативно-правового и программно-целевого обеспечения продовольственной безопасности регионов Арктической зоны Российской Федерации, предназначенная для формирования рекомендаций по совершенствованию механизмов, инструментов и методов социально-экономической политики регионов Арктической зоны Российской Федерации в аспекте функционирования продовольственной сферы и достижения продовольственной независимости. The article discusses the legal aspects of the state policy of the Russian Federation in relation to the Arctic zone at the federal and regional levels. The main provisions on ensuring food security are determined. The problems in the legal framework of the federal level are identified. The consolidated database of regulatory and program-targeted food security of the regions of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation is proposed, designed to form recommendations for improving the mechanisms, tools and methods of socio-economic policy of the regions of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation in the aspect of the functioning of the food sector and achieving food independence.
