| Description: | The article studies a problem of early career guidance of preschool children, which is understood by the author as the creation of psychological and pedagogical conditions for future professional self-determination and development of the child’s personality, the disclosure and realization of his potential. The author substantiates the necessity and timeliness of addressing this problem, considers the content and methods of early career guidance on the example of the partial educational program of preschool education “We live in the Trans-Urals” (by N.A. Karataeva and O.V. Krezhevskikh). According to the author, early career guidance in a preschool educational institution involves the formation of preschoolage children’s ideas about the world of professions and the acquisition of game experience by preschoolers, which allows them to immerse themselves in the world of professions during a role-playing game, understand the meaning and significance of professional work and later become a subject of professional self-determination at an older age. The examples given in the article allow clearly demonstrating the psychological and pedagogical conditions of early career guidance in a preschool educational institution. Of particular interest is the content and organizational blocks of the section “World of professions” of the partial educational program “We live in the Trans-Urals.” The article is published with the support of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation as part of the execution of the state task of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation to perform applied research work on the topic “Designing an educational environment for early career guidance of preschool children.” Статья посвящена проблеме ранней профориентации детей дошкольного возраста, которая понимается автором как создание психолого-педагогических условий для будущего профессионального самоопределения и развития личности ребенка, раскрытия и реализации ее потенциала. Автором обоснована необходимость и своевременность обращения к данной проблеме, представлена попытка рассмотрения содержания и методов ранней профориентации на примере парциальной образовательной программы дошкольного образования «Мы живем в Зауралье» (авторы: Каратаева Н.А., Крежевских О.В.). По мнению автора, ранняя профориентация в условиях дошкольного образовательного учреждения предполагает формирование у детей дошкольного возраста представлений о мире профессий и приобретение дошкольниками игрового опыта, позволяющего в ходе сюжетно-ролевой игры погрузиться в мир профессий, понять смысл и значение профессионального труда и в дальнейшем, на более старшей возрастной ступени, стать субъектом профессионального самоопределения. Приведенные в статье примеры позволяют наглядно продемонстрировать психолого-педагогические условия ранней профориентации в дошкольном образовательном учреждении. Особый интерес представляет содержательный и организационный блоки раздела «Мир профессий» парциальной образовательной программы дошкольного образования «Мы живем в Зауралье». |
