Description: В статье авторы актуализируют проблему внедрения концепции бережливого производства на современных российских предприятиях. Авторы констатируют возрастающую популярность бережливого инструментария, которая связана с его эффективностью и активной государственной поддержкой внедрения. Наряду с преимуществами сформулированы проявляющиеся издержки внедрения концепции бережливого производства. Для более успешного внедрения концепции бережливого производства авторами предложен комплексный подход, предполагающий интеграцию как минимум двух из следующих парадигм: бережливого производства, бережливой эргономики и концепции устойчивого развития. В результате комплексного применения данных стратегий ожидается улучшение основных сформированных показателей эффективности. In the article, the authors actualize the problem of introducing the concept of lean production at modern Russian enterprises. The authors note the growing popularity of lean tools, which is associated with its effectiveness and active government support for implementation. Along with the benefits, the emerging costs of implementing the lean manufacturing concept are formulated. For a more successful implementation of the lean manufacturing concept, the authors proposed an integrated approach that involves the integration of at least two of the following paradigms: lean manufacturing, lean ergonomics and the concept of sustainable development. As a result of the integrated application of these strategies, an improvement in the main generated performance indicators is expected.

Авторы констатируют возрастающую популярность бережливого инструментария, которая связана с его эффективностью и активной государственной поддержкой внедрения.
