Особенности процессов развития инновационного потенциала и вопросы повышения эффективности использования этого потенциала целесообразно рассмотреть в едином контексте. Обоснование стратегических приоритетов формирования и развития инновационного потенциала отрасли имеет решающую роль в определении векторов динамичной и устойчивой деятельности. В статье исследованы актуальные проблемы определения приоритетных направлений развития потенциала инновационного развития. Прикладное значение исследования- полученные результаты могут быть использованы с целью определения основных направлений формирования и развития инновационного потенциала в аграрной сфере. Результаты исследования- обоснованы приоритеты развития инновационного потенциала в агропромышленном комплексе с учетом требований зеленой экономики и экологических факторов. Оригинальность и научная новизна исследований- путем оценки роли в инновационном развитии определены средства и приоритеты оценки и реализации инновационного потенциала в аграрной сфере. It is advisable to consider the features of the processes of development of innovative potential and the issues of increasing the efficiency of using this potential in a single context. Justification of strategic priorities for the formation and development of the industry's innovative potential has a decisive role in determining the vectors of dynamic and sustainable activity. The article examines current problems of determining priority areas for developing the potential for innovative development. The applied significance of the study - the results obtained can be used to determine the main directions for the formation and development of innovative potential in the agricultural sector. The results of the study - the priorities for the development of innovative potential in the agro-industrial complex are substantiated, taking into account the requirements of the green economy and environmental factors. the originality and scientific novelty of the research - by assessing the role in innovative development, the means and priorities for assessing and implementing innovative potential in the agricultural sector are determined. |
