Статья посвящена вопросам трансформации менеджмента нефтяной отрасли с применением принципов бережливого производства. В исследовании рассматриваются причины и необходимость внедрения бережливого производства в нефтяной отрасли, а также преимущества, которые могут быть достигнуты при использовании данных принципов. Особое внимание в статье уделяется вопросам управления персоналом в контексте бережливого производства, а также подчеркивается, что использование принципов бережливого производства может улучшить мотивацию персонала и коммуникацию между работниками, что в свою очередь может привести к повышению производительности и увеличению прибыли компании. В целом, статья подчеркивает значимость применения принципов бережливого производства в нефтяной отрасли. Определено, что использование таких методов может привести к значительным эффективным изменениям в производственных процессах, экономике, качестве продукции и управлении персоналом, а также к сокращению негативного влияния на окружающую среду. Поэтому внедрение принципов бережливого производства может стать важным шагом для устойчивого развития нефтяной отрасли в будущем. This article is devoted to the issues of transformation of the management of the oil industry using the principles of lean production. The study examines the reasons for and the need for the implementation of lean manufacturing in the oil industry, as well as the benefits that can be achieved by using these principles. Particular attention is paid to the issues of personnel management in the context of lean production, and it is also emphasized that the use of lean production principles can improve staff motivation and communication between employees, which in turn can lead to increased productivity and increase company profits. In general, the article emphasizes the importance of applying the principles of lean manufacturing in the oil industry. She points out that the use of such methods can lead to significant improvements in production processes, economics, product quality and personnel management, as well as a reduction in the negative impact on the environment. Therefore, the implementation of lean manufacturing principles can be an important step for the sustainable development of the oil industry in the future. |
