Статья посвящена рассмотрению отечественного и зарубежного опыта государственной поддержки товаропроизводителей, выявлению отличительных черт поддержки малых и средних предприятий на примере США, Японии, России и Владимирской области. Автором проанализированы основные показатели эффективности предприятий малого и среднего предпринимательства (МСП): их доля в ВВП государства и общее количество предприятий. В ходе исследования устанавливается, что для достижения высоких экономических результатов государственным органам власти необходимо принимать соответствующие стимулирующие меры поддержки товаропроизводителей, что позволит обеспечить стабильность и конкурентоспособность страны, укрепить свои позиции на мировой арене. В заключении автор определяет основные тенденции развития МСП в России и Владимирской области, кратко характеризуя каждую из них и подкрепляя статистическими данными. The article is devoted to the consideration of domestic and foreign experience of state support of commodity producers, identifying the distinctive features of support for small and medium-sized enterprises on the example of the USA, Japan, Russia and the Vladimir region. The author analyzes the main performance indicators of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs): their share in the state's GDP and the total number of enterprises. In the course of the study, it is established that in order to achieve high economic results, state authorities need to take appropriate incentive measures to support commodity producers, which will ensure the stability and competitiveness of the country, strengthen their positions on the world stage. In conclusion, the author identifies the main trends in the development of SMEs in Russia and the Vladimir region, briefly characterizing each of them and supporting them with statistical data. |
