Beschreibung: В статье на основе анализа ряда научных работ, опубликованных в течение большого периода времени, рассмотрены предложения ведущих российских ученых - представителей академической, отраслевой и вузовской науки, нацеленные на ускорение научно-технологического развития России. Показывается, что эти предложения в большинстве своем длительное время не учитывались, однако многие из них, даже сделанные два-три десятилетия тому назад, остаются актуальными и в настоящее время. Также рассмотрены некоторые тенденции и показатели экономического, технологического и социального развития, требующие особого внимания при реализации программы ускорения технологического развития страны.Based on the analysis of a number of scientific works published over a long period of time, the article considers the proposals of leading Russian scientists - representatives of academic, industrial and university science, aimed at accelerating the scientific and technological development of Russia. It is shown that these proposals for the most part were not taken into account for a long time, however, many of them, even those made two or three decades ago, remain relevant at the present time. Some trends and indicators of economic, technological and social development, requiring special attention in the implementation of the program for accelerating the technological development of the country are also considered.

Abstract:В статье на основе анализа ряда научных работ, опубликованных в течение большого периода времени, рассмотрены предложения ведущих российских ученых - представителей академической, отраслевой и вузовской науки, нацеленные на ускорение научно-технологического развития России.
