| Description: | Цель статьи – построение взаимосвязи показателей измерения информационной экономики, построения комплексной методологии оценки информатизации мировой экономики и ее отдельных стран. Предложена система показателей измерения информационной экономики, учитывающих уровень кластеризации, развитие инновационных и научных ресурсов. Рассматривается корреляция индексов «Уровень кластерного развития», «Инновационный потенциал», «Качество институтов научных исследований», «Средний индекс развития информационной экономики» для развитых стран и России, проведен корреляционный анализ уровня кластерного развития, среднего показателя инновационного потенциала и показателя качества институтов научных исследований по США, Германии, Сингапуру, Японии, Китаю и России. Построена графическая модель зависимости между индексами информационной экономики отдельных стран. Анализ показателей существующих международных индексов и рейтингов, методологии формирования из них микро-, субиндексов нового плана и композитного индекса позволит в дальнейшем использовать их для формирования комплексной системы показателей, отражающих уровень готовности стран к формированию информационной экономики. The purpose of the article is to build a relationship between indicators of measuring the information economy in order to obtain a comprehensive methodology for assessing the informatization of the world economy and its individual countries. A system of indicators for measuring the information economy is proposed, taking into account the level of clustering, the development of innovative and scientific resources. Correlation of indices "Level of cluster development," "Innovation potential," "Quality of institutes of scientific research," "Average index of development of in-formation economy" for developed countries and Russia is considered, correlation analysis of level of cluster development, average indicator of innovation potential and quality indicator of research institutes for the USA, Germany, Singapore, Japan, China and Russia is carried out. A graphical model of the relationship between the indices of the information economy of individual countries has been built. The analysis of the indicators of existing international indices and ratings, the methodology for the formation of micro-, subindexes of the new plan and composite index from them will allow them to be used in the future to form an integrated system of indicators reflecting the level of readiness of countries to form an information economy. |
