Развитие инфраструктуры, менеджмента, международных связей, совместимости и безопасности территориальных транспортных систем, инноваций, экологии, рынка и конкуренции, автоматизации управления движением могут быть рекомендованы для разработки транспортной стратегии РФ. В формировании опорной транспортной сети, рекомендуемые стратегические направления являются инструментом управления, реализующим принципы эффективности, централизации, интермодальности железнодорожного транспорта. The article contains a systematization of directions for the development of the railway industry in the EU, conclusions about the possibility of using the European strategy in the Russian Federation. The author's systematization takes into account the role of railway transport in the socio-economic and spatial development of the country, the place of railway transportation in the growth of the quality of life of the population, the principles of the industry as a backbone transport network. The development of infrastructure, management, international relations, compatibility and safety of territorial transport systems, innovation, ecology, market and competition, traffic control automation can be recommended for the development of a transport strategy for the Russian Federation. In the formation of the backbone transport network, the recommended strategic directions are a management tool that implements the principles of efficiency, centralization, and intermodality of railway transport. |
