The Multi-Agent Transport Simulation (MATSim) framework enables the creation of scenarios for different cities, regions, and countries. As urban areas evolve over time, newly developed neighborhoods need to be integrated into these scenarios without the necessity of constructing an entirely new model. This report presents a method for incorporating a newly developed area into the MATSim Open Berlin Scenario. The method is explained for the example of Das Neue Gartenfeld (DNG) in Berlin. |
