В статье рассмотрены теоретические аспекты бюджетной системы Российской Федерации, проведен анализ исполнения бюджета муниципального образования городской округ Ялта Республики Крым, а также предложены рекомендации по стратегическому развитию городского округа Ялта, реализация которых приведет к увеличению собственной доходной базы бюджета муниципального образования. The article examines the theoretical aspects of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation, analyzes the budget execution of the municipal formation of the urban district of Yalta of the Republic of Crimea, and also offers recommendations for the strategic development of the urban district of Yalta, the implementation of which will lead to an increase in the own revenue base of the budget of the municipal formation. |
