В статье рассматривается отечественный опыт функционирования особых экономических зон. На основе оценки эффективности деятельности территориальных образований были выявлены успешные и неуспешные особые экономические зоны в Российской Федерации и определены основные причины закрытия зон. В целях минимизации проблем, возникающих при функционировании зон, предлагаются меры по совершенствованию деятельности особой экономической зоны в России. The article discusses the domestic experience of the functioning of special economic zones. Based on the assessment of the effectiveness of the activities of territorial entities, successful and unsuccessful special economic zones in the Russian Federation were identified and the main reasons for the closure of zones were identified. In order to minimize the problems that arise during the functioning of the zones, measures are proposed to improve the activities of the special economic zone in Russia. |
